Gastric Band Surgery Video
Watch our Consultant Bariatric Surgeon perform a gastric band procedure at The Hospital Group.
This procedure is carried out under general anaesthetic. The gastric band is inserted through keyhole surgery, so scarring after the procedure is minimal. Using keyhole camera, the surgeon can see the stomach and organs on a screen, while he carefully fits the gastric band.
